Taiwan Shanlinxi High Mountain Spring Oolong
來自台灣南投杉林溪高山茶區，海拔約 1,600–1,800 公尺。終年雲霧繚繞與明顯日夜溫差，使茶葉緩慢生長，形成細緻花香、清甜茶韻與持久回甘。
茶湯金黃透亮，帶有優雅蘭花香與淡雅果香。適合單獨品飲，也很適合搭配鳳梨酥、蛋黃酥及其他台灣糕點。
Grown in Taiwan’s high-altitude Shanlinxi tea region, this spring oolong has an elegant floral aroma, smooth natural sweetness and a clean, lingering finish. Enjoy it hot or cold, or pair it with Taiwanese pastries for afternoon tea.

熱泡 Hot brew：茶葉 5 g，加入 250–300 ml、90–95°C 熱水，浸泡 2–3 分鐘，可回沖數次。
冷泡 Cold brew：茶葉 8 g，加入約 600 ml 冷水，冷藏 6–8 小時。
