Mom: "I feel hopeless now. I can't do it on my own without a team or manager. I want to give up! I don't want to make cakes anymore 🥲."

Son: "Mom, please don't get discouraged and give up when you encounter difficulties, okay? Don't keep saying you want to close down. If you still stick to your original aspirations, you can transform Kangqiao Bakery Company. How can you help others if you're not strong enough?"

Mom: "Really? Is it possible? Is there any hope?"

Son: "Your strengths lie in storytelling, writing, and photography. Your past experiences are all nourishment. Think about how to use these abilities to propel yourself forward, instead of expecting others to help you. Success is achieved through your own abilities, and only then will others be willing to help you."

Jens Jakobsen, founder of The Onion Garden and a social enterprise in London for 15 years, shares his experience in the same way.

Son: "You didn't know how to make pineapple cakes at first either! But because I like to eat them, you started making them. You can search online to learn. Life is about finding ways to develop yourself, grow, and solve problems."
