Having finally graduated and endured the pressure of entrance exams, I really didn't want to go back to school and suffer as a student. This time, I wanted to enroll in the pastry filling preparation class at the Chinese Cereals Industry Technology Research Institute because I really love baking. I want to promote Taiwanese pastries in the UK and support my career with my work.
