Taiwan's International Goodwill Ambassador, Hsieh Yu-Kang, specially invited renowned Taiwanese chef Huang Chin-Lung to the UK to demonstrate Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine, host a charity banquet featuring Taiwanese vegetarian food, and engage in cultural exchange with friends in the UK, contributing to the well-being of our planet.
Chef Huang Jinglong takes on the responsibility of internationalizing Taiwanese cuisine. Despite his busy schedule, he still manages to come to the UK, making the British think of Taiwan when they eat vegetarian food. He has successfully helped the four treasures of Taiwan—bubble tea, gua bao, pineapple cake, and Taiwanese vegetarian food—enter the European market.
