My customer Tiffany asked me to help her make pineapple cakes for the City Giving Day 2022 charity sale in London. She was very sincere and traveled all the way from London to Cambridge by train to make the pineapple cakes by hand. She carefully rolled each pineapple filling into a ball, added the pastry, and arranged them on a plate. Because she was so serious, you couldn't tell that it was her first time making them.
I helped bake them last. The golden pineapple cakes in the oven emitted a wonderfully natural milky aroma, making my mouth water ! 😋
After they cooled, Tiffany packaged them one by one with a sealing machine. She was busy from noon until after 9 p.m. before we were ready to go back to London. I helped record all the hard work. Although the process was a bit tough, I felt a great sense of accomplishment.
I'm so happy to hear that the charity sale was a great success; the pineapple cakes sold out in no time! It's another wonderful moment in my life.
