Vegetarian Hakka rice dumplings are made with a skin of cudweed, glutinous rice flour, and rice flour, and a filling of dried Taiwanese radish, mushrooms, vegetarian meat, radish, brown sugar, and fried shallots.
Wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed over high heat, it's best eaten hot. It has a chewy, salty-sweet texture, just like salty mochi.
The packaging bag for the rice dumplings has been received.
Steam over high heat for 18 minutes.

3. Shipments are only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
