Made using traditional methods, this fragrant and chewy glutinous rice dumpling is paired with stir-fried dried shiitake mushrooms, dried radish, black-eyed peas, snow lotus seeds, chestnuts, and plant-based meat . The result is a flavorful and satisfying vegetarian shiitake mushroom and chestnut dumpling. Made with high-quality ingredients, this traditional dumpling brings back the taste of home in an instant.

Ingredients:

Outer skin: glutinous rice, bamboo leaves

Filling: Dried shiitake mushrooms, dried radish, black-eyed peas, snow lotus seeds, chestnuts, plant-based meat, fried shallots, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil

3. We will freeze and vacuum pack to extend the shelf life by 5 times. We will also include ICE-PACKS with the shipment to keep your delicious frozen rice dumplings at a low temperature and deliver them to you.

4. Shipments are only made on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

* Due to unavoidable delays in delivery via courier, we will only issue a refund for frozen food if the delivery is delayed by more than 5 days. Thank you for your understanding.

Remove the vacuum bag upon receipt.

Steam over high heat for 18 minutes.

How to eat:

1. Remove from the freezer, add 1.5 cups of water (about 300cc) , and steam in an electric rice cooker for about 30 minutes.

2. Freeze naturally the day before, add 1 cup of water (about 120cc) , and steam in an electric rice cooker for 15 minutes .
