Vegetarian Hakka rice dumplings are made with a skin of cudweed, glutinous rice flour, and rice flour, and a filling of dried Taiwanese radish, mushrooms, vegetarian meat, dried radish, brown sugar, and fried shallots.
Wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed over high heat, it's best eaten hot. It has a chewy, salty-sweet texture, just like salty mochi.
Remove the packaging bag after receiving the rice dumplings.
Steam over high heat for 18 minutes.

2. We will freeze and vacuum pack to extend the shelf life by 5 times. ICE-PACKS will also be included with the shipment. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insulated bags to keep your delicious frozen rice dumplings cool and delivered to you.
3. Shipments are only made on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
* Due to unavoidable delays in delivery via courier, we will only issue a refund for frozen food if the delivery is delayed by more than 5 days. Thank you for your understanding.
