3. place on plate, put into microwave for 3 minutes with cover.
Steamer:
1. Defrost at room temperature for 3 hours.
2. Remove outer package and bamboo leaf..
3. Put into steamer for 15-20 minutes.

食用方法:

 1. 冷凍取出,放入1.5杯水約300CC,電鍋蒸約24分鐘

 2. 前一天自然冰,放入1杯水約120CC,電鍋蒸15分鐘
