台灣抹茶鳳梨酥｜Matcha Taiwanese Pineapple Cake
選用鳳梨與少量冬瓜慢火熬煮，製成酸甜平衡、果香自然的內餡。外皮以天然奶油手工製作並加入抹茶粉，帶有淡雅茶香與酥鬆口感。每一顆皆於英國劍橋製作，不添加人工防腐劑。
A handmade Taiwanese pineapple cake with fragrant matcha pastry and balanced sweet-tart pineapple filling. Baked in Cambridge and ideal for afternoon tea or gifting.
成分｜Ingredients
鳳梨餡（鳳梨、糖、冬瓜餡、麥芽糖）、低筋麵粉、天然奶油、煉乳、二砂糖、雞蛋、奶粉、卡士達粉、起司粉、抹茶粉、泡打粉。
Pineapple filling (pineapple, sugar, winter melon filling, maltose), wheat flour, butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, egg, milk powder, custard powder, cheese powder, matcha powder and raising agent.
