In Cambridge, England, the initial intention behind establishing Kangqiao Bakery was to help fruit farmers with surplus production find sales channels. Seeing that they were working hard but losing money and affecting their livelihoods, the company provided job opportunities for the disadvantaged and used a portion of the profits to support the education of poor children. It was with this initial intention that I began to research pineapple cakes. No matter how many difficulties I encountered or how hard it was, I have always held onto the belief of never giving up.
